BUNZL Equipment Operator 2nd Shift in Murray, Kentucky

The Equipment Operator will prepare containers and boxes for shipping products. Ability to use warehouse equipment efficiently, and safely; such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and standup lifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare containers and boxes for shipping products

  • Pick/pack products and palletize for shipment

  • Wrap, band, and flag pallets when ready to ship

  • Ability to use warehouse equipment efficiently, and safely; such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and standup lifts

  • Process paperwork as required with shipments

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred

  • Must be able to obtain a certification to operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts and standup lifts

  • Ability to use RF gun

  • Must be able to squat, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds, and withstand variation in warehouse temperatures (with or without reasonable accommodations)

  • Ability to keep work station clean and clear of debris is a must
